1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Spaceworker (Elektra) (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you can bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at the support page if you believe your account has been compromised. One person or organisation per account unless we agree otherwise in writing.
3. The Service
The Service is a platform for managing your own devices, running browser-based work such as lead research and outreach, publishing files and links, and conducting authorised security research. Some capabilities are gated by plan, by an explicit consent step, or by an administrator switch; a capability being visible does not mean it is enabled for your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break any applicable law, or infringe anyone's rights including privacy and intellectual property;
- send unsolicited messages where you do not have a lawful basis to do so, or send content that is deceptive, abusive or fraudulent;
- scan, test or attack any system you are not authorised to test;
- distribute malware, or interfere with or disrupt the Service or other users' use of it;
- access the Service by any means other than the interfaces we provide, including circumventing plan, entitlement or consent gates;
- resell or sublicense your access without our written consent.
Cold outreach: you are solely responsible for the content you send and the recipient lists you upload, including obtaining any consent the law requires and honouring opt-outs. The Service provides the tooling; it does not make your campaign lawful on your behalf.
5. Cyber Lab and authorised research
Security-research features may only be run against systems you own or are explicitly authorised to test. Every run requires your recorded consent to the current Cyber Lab Acceptable-Use Policy (version 2026-10-02), which forms part of these Terms. The policy, its hard prohibitions and the audit/evidence rules that apply to each run are shown in the product before a run can start, and consent is recorded per run against the version in force at the time.
We may refuse, suspend or terminate access to research features where we reasonably believe they are being used outside what you are authorised to do.
6. Devices and remote access
Features that run commands, launch applications or control a machine operate on equipment you own or administer. You must have the right to install the agent and to perform the actions you trigger, and you are responsible for keeping the devices you enrol secure. Actions taken through the Service are taken on your instruction.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of everything you upload or generate — lead lists, files, pages, messages, scripts and campaign content. You grant us only the licence needed to store, process and transmit it to operate the Service. You are responsible for having the rights and lawful basis to upload it.
8. Plans, payment and refunds
Some capabilities require a paid plan. Prices and what a plan includes are shown in the product at the time of purchase. Unless a plan states otherwise, paid plans renew for the same period until cancelled, and you can cancel before renewal. Where we sell a desktop app under a crypto checkout, the licence is issued to the email used at checkout. Statutory refund rights, where they apply, are unaffected.
9. Availability
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, incidents and third-party failures may cause downtime. Where we can, we will give notice of planned maintenance.
10. Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. We will where reasonably practicable give you notice and a chance to export your data first. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including your licences to content already published, and our liability limits) survive it.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will give notice through the Service or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms. Where the Cyber Lab AUP version changes, renewed consent is required before further research runs.
13. Contact
Questions about these Terms go through the
support page. Include the email on your account so we can identify it.
